The well-being of our staff

One of our priorites is to ensure the well-being of our staff is utmost in our day-today business activities. This is not simply achieved by ensuring that we comply with the relevant laws and regulations. It’s about involvement. Involvement of staff in whatever we endeavour to achieve, involvement in resolving any concerns of our team, and getting involved with the wider community.

Core to our approach is Relationship, which means that we listen, we understand, then we deliver the best service that meets the clients needs and circumstances. In doing this we firmly believe that we can exceed the expectations of those we serve.

Rowbis and the environment

In these days of great climate change we, like many other businesses, strive to lessen the impact we have on the planet. We have a stringent waste management policy to cut down on uneccessary waste within our office. Recycling materials is a key feature in waste reduction, and we also consider using green solutions wherever practicable. After all what we do affects us all in some way.

Our local community

Many of our staff and clients are locally based which means that Rowbis is a part of the community. We recognise this and like to get involved in improving the way in which we interact with, and improve, the local area. This can include anything from simply being involved in a fun run, to helping fund local activities.
